the hotel is very close to the train station which makes it easy to visit other cities i visited pisa and bologna it is also close to the city center. via faenza is a lively and safe street i enjoyed walking down it the staff is very polite.
the room was a bit too small to move comfortably around inside.

The hotel is a short walk from the main train station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Several restaurants and cafes are very close. There was enough space to put luggage without it getting in the way.
The room lacked screens. I opened the window and got several mosquito bites.

Staff provided excellent assistance with directions and promptly fulfilled requests. They also offered luggage storage after checkout, allowing more time to explore the area. I found this very helpful.
